Circuit Training$15

This class is a combination of aerobics and strength elements with one-on-one training. This is just the right change of pace for both aerobics and strength training enthusiasts. It's also appealing for brand new or older participants and who are reluctant to line up with more experienced participants in front of the mirrors. Circuit training is an effective way to develop both strength and cardiovascular fitness simultaneously. A circuit session consists of a series of exercises or stations performed in succession with minimal rest intervals in between. It is designed to be easy to follow and target fat loss, muscle building and heart fitness.

Slow Flow Yoga
This class focuses on alignment and moving between poses with control and proper breathing. Strengthen your body and your concentration while stretching and releasing stress. Class benefits include body awareness, increased balance, flexibility and strength. Mats are provided.

Strength and Stretch$15

This class is a strength training class with influence from both Yoga and Pilates.  All exercises are done on a mat, and small apparatus balls and resistance bands are used.  The class is ideal for people of all fitness levels.  Although the goal is to give you a comfortable challenge, you decide how much of a challenge you want. The Strength and Stretch Class will give your muscles weight training without bulking up your body. Get a strong toned body with a flatter stomach, longer, leaner muscles and an overall streamlined shape.
